BUCHAREST
Breakfast. Panoramic visit of the Romanian capital founded in 1459 by Prince Vlad Dracula, visit the Cathedral of the Patriarchate, the imposing Parliament House and the Village Folk Museum and Art. Lunch. Afternoon free. Dinner and overnight.

BUCHAREST - SIBIU
Breakfast. Departure by the Olt Valley, at Sibiu, important city of Transylvania and one of the best Romanian cities that retain their medieval layout. Lunch. Visit of the city, which was European Cultural Capital in 2007. We consider its ramparts and fortifications, which are surrounded by narrow streets, small squares and houses with red roofs and dormer window, the Big Square, which is the main square, Little Square, with its collection of houses of the fifteenth and sixteenth two squares that form the heart of the city, the Reformed Church, the House Haller, one of the oldest in Sibiu, the tower of the Council. Dinner and overnight.

SIBIU – ALBA IULIA - CLUJ - BAIA MARE
Breakfast. Departure to the fortress town of Alba Iulia. Visit of the fortress, which includes the Cathedral of the Nation and the Board of the Union, the Roman Catholic Cathedral of St. Michael (one of the finest monuments of medieval architecture in Transylvania S. XIII), the walls and doors of the medieval fortress. Lunch. Continue to Cluj, the biggest town of Transylvania and important commercial, cultural and educational centre. Panoramic tour of its historic centre with the Church of Saint Michel. Departure to Baia Mare, a town in the heart of Maramures, known for its rich woodwork and wrought iron. A panoramic of the city with monuments of medieval architecture, the Stephan’s tower, Casa Elisabeta. Transfer to hotel. Dinner and overnight.

BAIA MARE - VALLEY IZA – GURA HUMORULUI
Breakfast. Visit Surdesti village with the Church of The Holy Archangels, the 2nd tallest wooden building in Europe. Continue along the Mara Valley, where we admire the famous carved wooden gates, typical of Maramures. Visit the Merry Cemetery, unique in Romania through its design and originality, a true chronicle of the people. We will stay the Iza Valley, lunch enroute, with brief stops in Rozalvea, Barsana and Ieud to visit the famous wooden churches (the church of the Monastery of Nuns of Barsana is the tallest wooden building in Europe, with 62 m). Continue to Gura Humorului. Dinner and overnight.

GURA HUMORULUI - PAINTED MONASTERIES
Excursion to Monasteries of Bucovina and Suceava. Breakfast. Departure for an excursion, with lunch. Visit the Moldavian monasteries of the region of Bucovina, one legacy of Byzantine art in the world and declared a World Heritage Site. We visit four of them featuring the most important external frescoes included in the list of UNESCO World Heritage: Sucevita Monastery, Monastery Moldovita, Voronet Monastery, the most important and known for its frescoes of blue, known as the "Sistine Chapel of the East" , and the Humor Monastery. Visit the ancient city center of Suceava, historic capital of the Bucovina region, with St. George Church listed as UNESCO heritage. Return to Gura Humorului. Dinner and overnight.

GURA HUMORULUI - BISTRITA- TARGU MURES - SIGHISOARA - BRASOV
Breakfast. Departure to Brasov, one of the most important cities in Romania thanks to its geographical position. En route pass through Bistrita, one of seven cities that give the German name of Transylvania and Targu Mures, the city of roses. Stop in Sighisoara, the best preserved medieval fortress in Europe and the only still inhabited. Visit of the fortress with the Museum of Clock Tower, the torture chamber, the collection of medieval weapons and covered stairs. Lunch at the house where Vlad Dracula was born. Arrival in Brasov. Dinner and overnight.

BRASOV - BRAN - SINAIA - BUCHAREST
Breakfast. Visit the medieval center of Brasov, located in the beautiful natural setting of the Carpathians: Black Church, the largest Gothic monument in Southeast Europe and the Church of St. Nicholas, where we discover the site of first Romanian school. Transfer to Bran, visit its castle, known as Castle of Dracula. Lunch. Continue to Sinaia, old mountain resort known as the "Pearl of the Carpathians". Visit the Monastery, sample of Byzantine art in the Wallachia region, and the famous Peles Castle, built by Romania's first king, Charles I, one of the best preserved castles in Europe. Continue to Bucharest. Dinner and overnight.

BUCHAREST - PLEVEN – VELIKO TARNOVO
Breakfast. Departure to the Romanian-Bulgarian border. Crossing the border and exit Pleven. Lunch in this city with many monuments, like the Church of St. Nicholas or the Epic of Pleven, panoramic museum dedicated to the Russian-Ottoman war of 1,877. Continue to Sofia. Dinner and overnight.

VELIKO TARNOVO – KAZANLAK - SOFIA
Breakfast. In the morning we will visit its historical center, the medieval ruins on the hill Tzarevetz, Baldwin Tower, its small churches, and Trapezitza Hill, with several medieval churches. Lunch. Visit the region of Kazanlak and the Valley of Thracian Kings (III-IV centuries BC), with numerous archaeological and historical treasures Greeks, Romans, Ottomans and Thracians. Visit to the Thracian Tomb of Kazanlak, in the Valley of the Roses, with delicate frescoes of the fourth century BC, unique in its genre and Goliama Kosmatka Tomb. Continue to Sofia. Dinner and overnight.

SOFIA - RILA Monastery
Breakfast. Departure to the Rila Monastery, the oldest, largest and powerful of all the monasteries. Located 119 km from Sofia, is the best example of architectural perfection of Bulgaria and was founded in 927. It highlights the variety of architectural forms and the beauty of its frescoes. Lunch. Return to Sofia. Panoramic tour of the city, one of the oldest in the Balkan Peninsula. It is striking for its green areas, the clean streets and its quiet atmosphere. Preserves with great zeal the ruins of times Thracian, Roman, Byzantine and Bulgarian. We look at the Alexander Nevsky Cathedral, the biggest Orthodox Cathedral on the Balkans, built in 1912 in tribute to fallen soldiers during the Russo-Turkish. Noted for its golden domes, the Church of St. George, the fourth century, Roman and ancient roundabout witnessed important historical events, the remains of the Roman wall, Parliament Square, National Theater, built in 1907 in the neoclassical style, and Church of St. Sophia, the sixth century and which gives its name to the capital.
